How long can my video be?
Our presentations can range from 5 minutes to 25 minutes, depending on the amount of materials you provide us and the type of package you chose. Click on the Beri Good Deal for pricing info.
What if I want a video for something other than a wedding?
Our presentation categories can fit any theme - birthdays, anniversaries, tributes, family reunions, graduations, bar/bat mitzvahs, showers, engagements, family histories, holiday memories, Father’s/Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, retirements or any special theme that you request!
What are my delivery options?
We send the finished product on DVD, unless VHS is requested, and all original materials 4 to 6 weeks after an order is placed. We offer UPS for standard shipping orders and Fed Ex for rush orders, which have a 2 week turnaround time for an additional cost.
How should I ship my photos and video to you?
We recommend you pack all of your materials in non- bendable packaging and secure them so that they can’t move around during shipping. If possible, bubble wrap all videos you send, even if they are in their original protective cases. Make sure your photos are secured together and in a protective envelope. Note- We are not responsible for the loss of your photos in the mail. So use a reputable carrier. You can also send us your photos via email.
What do I need to indicate on my photos and video for you?
The first step is filling out our Beri Good Order Form. It will explain how to label your photos. As far as video goes, we recommend no more than 30 seconds of video clips at a time, so if a tape is long, it’s helpful if you “cue” it up to what part you would like us to use.
What do you edit with?
We use an Avid Editing System and Final Cut Pro and any elements we shoot are on Mini DV high production cameras. All of our software is state of the art.
How are my payment options?

How do you decide on the music used in my video?
You can indicate specific songs you would like us to use and either provide us with the tracks on disk or by e-mailing an MP3. We can also download the tracks for you at an additional charge per download. Click on The Beri Good Deal for pricing info.
Choosing songs that mean something to you or to the person you are creating the video for make it all that more personalized.
If you do not have specific music, we will choose music for you that suites the category of presentation you’ve chosen and that works best with the materials you provide.
Can I use music that's copywrighted?
By submitting an order form and agreeing to our terms of service, our customers agree that they have purchased and possess their own original copy of all music used in their video. Under copyright law, customers may then display their video album for personal family and friends. Mass production of a Beri Good Masterpiece is strictly prohibited without purchasing the additional copyright licensing per song used
Is this going to be the best video ever?
YES!
